Who we are
ColorPlusAir is a small, owner-run brand of MindShiftGraphix, a registered business in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, run by Nikhil Kumar Saini. We design balloon garland and arch kits so anyone can make a professional-looking party backdrop at home, without helium and without balloon skills.
What we do
- We choose the colour palettes and count the balloons for each kit size, so you get exactly what the product page lists.
- Every order is packed by hand in our Jaipur studio, with a printed step-by-step setup card.
- We ship from India with India Post (tracked), free, to 35 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
What to expect when you order
- Dispatch: 1–3 business days after payment.
- Delivery: most orders arrive 10–20 business days after dispatch, with tracking by email.
- Payment: secure checkout by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card.
- Problems: if anything arrives damaged or missing, message us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. See our returns policy.
