Who we are
This website is run by ColorPlusAir, a brand of MindShiftGraphix, a sole proprietorship owned by Nikhil Kumar Saini (GSTIN 08GUJPS9346L1ZJ), Ground Floor, Plot No 468, New Dhani Shanthi Nagar, Near NBC Old Dippo, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006, India. What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you buy, your chosen number, any note you add, and the order total.
- Payment confirmation: a payment reference from Razorpay or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details — payments are handled entirely by Razorpay or PayPal.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Reviews: your first name, rating and review text, if you write one.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
- To process, pack, ship and track your order, and to email you about it (necessary to perform our contract with you).
- To answer your questions and handle refunds, replacements and disputes.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
- To send our newsletter — only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply “unsubscribe”.
- To ask for a review after delivery (our legitimate interest in improving our kits). You can ignore it or ask us not to send these.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the shop, each under their own privacy terms:
- Razorpay and PayPal — to take payments.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and our order database.
- Resend — to send order and shipping emails.
- India Post and the postal service in your country — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel (and customs authorities, where required).
- Telegram — we receive a short order alert (order number, items, your name, city and country) so we can pack quickly.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
We’re based in India and our providers operate worldwide, so your information may be processed outside your country. We only use reputable providers that protect personal data with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 8 years), then deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.
Cookies and browser storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back; it never leaves your device until you check out. Razorpay and PayPal may set their own essential cookies when you pay.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK/EU GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or US state laws), you can ask us to: access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers, and access to order data is password-protected.
Children
Our shop is for adults planning parties. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
