Do foil balloons float with air?
No. Air-filled foils stand or hang with ribbon. Fill them with helium at a party store if you want them to float.
How do I inflate them?
Use the straw or a pump through the self-sealing valve. They seal themselves.
Can I reuse them?
Yes. Let the air out carefully through the valve and keep them flat for next time.
