SIZE & THE READY-TO-HANG DIFFERENCE - Banner length: approx. 22 in (56 cm), fits most high chair fronts - Pennant flag: approx. 6 x 8 in (15 x 20 cm) - Tassels: approx. 6 in (15 cm) drop - Number balloon: 32 in (80 cm) tall - The banner ships pre-assembled and the tassels stay smooth, no flattened, curled tassels from sitting folded in a box. STYLING & CARE Drape the banner across the high chair, a dessert table, or a cake backdrop. Inflate the foil balloon gently to about 90%, don't overfill (overfilled foil balloons crease and lose their shape). Air or helium both work. Keep everything dry and away from direct heat. Reusable year after year, and many parents keep the banner for the nursery wall as a keepsake. FROM OUR SMALL SHOP We're a small family shop and every order genuinely matters to us.
